Gabrielle Reece enjoys stand up paddling. You stand on a 12 foot
board with a paddle about 80-82 inches long. You can go with friends and
paddle from place to place. You get an amazing all over body work out,
you are on the beautiful ocean, and really it's something everyone is
able to do. Some people take it a step further and surf stand up
paddling, but for Gabrielle Reece she usually uses it as a tool to go
from one destination to the next while getting some exercise. Good for
lakes too.
Pilates. Gabrielle Reece
loves it. Gabrielle Reece is really tight and don't enjoy stretching so
this is a great form of exercise for me to be doing. I take a pilates
class at Pilates Plus which has been fun because then you can actually
go with a bunch of other friends. To the ladies who are afraid of
"getting too big" by lifting weights, pilates is your deal. Long, lean
and tone muscles from pilates. Really great. |
