Gabrielle Reece enjoys stand up paddling. You stand on a 12 foot board with a paddle about 80-82 inches long. You can go with friends and paddle from place to place. You get an amazing all over body work out, you are on the beautiful ocean, and really it's something everyone is able to do. Some people take it a step further and surf stand up paddling, but for Gabrielle Reece she usually uses it as a tool to go from one destination to the next while getting some exercise. Good for lakes too.

Climbing the sand dune in Malibu. This is sort of a love hate thing Gabrielle ReeceI does. The dune is so steep you can't actually run up it you just sort of plod along. Gabrielle Reece does it 10 times which takes about an hour and the last one is as hard as the first one. It's a great workout with no impact on my joints. You feel a bit tired the next day but you are really not the sore because of it being so low impact. Good for the butt and legs.

Pilates. Gabrielle Reece loves it. Gabrielle Reece is really tight and don't enjoy stretching so this is a great form of exercise for me to be doing. I take a pilates class at Pilates Plus which has been fun because then you can actually go with a bunch of other friends. To the ladies who are afraid of "getting too big" by lifting weights, pilates is your deal. Long, lean and tone muscles from pilates. Really great.

Hiking. Gabrielle Reece has taken advantage (not often enough) of living in a nice place. There is something to be said for just getting outside with some friends and going for a hike. You are in a great environment, with friends, and getting your sweat on. It's almost like exercise without feeling like you are working.
